National Sales Manager (Cooking Oil) - Medan Based
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search, Recruitment Agency Headhunter Company that is operating in Jakarta, Indonesia is currently working on behalf of a Consumer Goods company that is looking for a seasoned National Sales Manager to be based in Medan, North Sumatera. This position will be reporting to the company GM and will be responsible for the entire spectrum of the Sales functions of the company.
The main roles of this position are to manage and strategize the overall Sales activity within the organization, as well as spearheading the sales team nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and controll all sales & marketing functions
- Manage the commercial's division budgeting and financial forecast
- Working closely with distributors to provide consumer insights
- Conduct analysis of the current market situation
- Expand professional channel in the related field to explore business opportunities
- Penetrates both Modern and General Trade channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Consumer Goods industry (Cooking Oil products)
- Strong and excellent communication skills
- Strong sales and marketing acumen
- Willing to be placed in Medan
- Excellent leadership trait and experiences
