National Sales Manager (Jakarta Based) – Gaming Accessories
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Gaming Accessories Company, who are looking for talent for National Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies for gaming accessories, expanding market reach, managing a nationwide sales team, and fostering strategic partnerships with key distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong leadership, market analysis capabilities, and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.

Job Description:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market growth targets.
- Expand distribution channels through modern trade, general trade, marketplaces, and B2B.
- Lead, recruit, train, and motivate regional sales teams.
- Plan market expansion to potential cities and enhance brand awareness.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and provide strategic insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, key accounts, and e-commerce partners.
- Monitor national sales performance and prepare improvement reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Management, Marketing, or Engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the gaming accessories industry.
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of electronics market landscape, gaming trends, and Indonesian consumer behavior.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- High mobility and willingness to travel.
