Operations Director (Tangerang Based) - Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing

The ideal candidate has deep experience in factory production, knows how to optimize processes, and can lead large teams.

Job Description:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets for quantity, quality, cost, and delivery are met.
- Improve production efficiency, reduce downtime, and eliminate waste.
- Implement best practices in manufacturing (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Monitor machine performance, manpower allocation, and process flow.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and develop the production team (supervisors, line leaders, operators).
- Work closely with planning, maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong production leadership experience.
- Solid knowledge of mass production processes in electronics or automotive manufacturing.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, and factory KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Able to work full-time on-site in Tangerang.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with working proficiency in English.
