Job Description:

Lead the Company and ensure that all employees achieve the Company’s vision and mission.
Oversee the Company’s overall operations and performance; and set the strategic direction of the Company.
Plan and implement short term, mid-term, long term business strategies to achieve the Company’s objective as cost-effectively and efficiently.
Assess the direction and strategic plans of the Company together with board members and other executives of Omron Corporation, to ensure alignment with the Company’s vision and mission, and undertake any final decision for changes as necessary.
Work closely with relevant parties to create value propositions for company and seek cost-efficiencies by leveraging all the Company’s assets.
Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders like local industry leaders, to exchange information and views.
Manage relationship with Labor Union, employees and other stakeholders of the Company; and lead negotiations on behalf of the Company with the relevant stakeholders as and when required.
