This position will be responsible for Initiatives plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of budget manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital
- Industry: Palm Oil Manufacture - Refinary & Fractionation Plant and Packaging
- Placement: Deli Serdang - KIM II Mabar
- Fulltime position, on-site with regular working hours Monday - Saturday

Job Description
- Plan organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets
- Implement manufacturing strategies and action plan to ensure that the facility supports of Management Strategic Initiatives
- Assure attainment of business objectiveness and production schedule while insuring product standards that will exceed our customer's expectations
- Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume Initiatives plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of budget manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital
- Develop and increasing performance production in achievement and designing KPI Annualy
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experiences in same position or same level (similar industry will be advantage)
- Strong communication, presentation & problem solving skills and Packaging Industry at least 8 years.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
- Professional and mature attitude
- Proficient in English is a MUST
