Project Manager (South Jakarta Based) - Hospital & Healthcare Infrastructure
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a prominent healthcare group who are looking for an experienced and structurally adept Project Manager to lead their healthcare infrastructure developments in South Jakarta. This role is fully responsible for the comprehensive planning, operational management, and daily site governance of complex construction projects—specifically focusing on high-rise healthcare facilities. Reporting directly to the Project Director / Associate Director, the Project Manager serves as the primary technical interface ensuring that major healthcare infrastructure landmarks are delivered on time, strictly within allocated budgets, and in compliance with specialized medical quality and K3 safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, manage, and supervise the end-to-end execution of high-rise facility construction to ensure all landmarks are achieved within target parameters.
Budget, Schedule, & Quality Control: Implement strict governance to guarantee that the construction progress matches engineering blueprints, financial allocations, and overall structural quality standards.
Stakeholder Coordination & Liaison: Act as the primary technical and operational interface between senior corporate management, internal site teams, external consultants, and client entities.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, monitor, and assess project delivery risks, establishing immediate, decisive on-site mitigation and corrective plans.
Financial & Progress Reporting: Compile detailed project health reports, progress updates, procurement needs, and milestone completions for senior leadership review.
Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Guarantee that all structural setups, labor deployments, and engineering processes strictly comply with regional regulations, corporate hospital mandates, and K3 safety procedures within a hospital environment.
Team Governance: Direct daily work schedules for cross-functional on-site teams, including Project Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Planners, to drive execution accountability.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
5–8 years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years in a clear leadership capacity managing site structures.
Mandatory Track Record: Proven history of successfully delivering at least 2 High-Rise Building projects from start to finish (end-to-end project lifecycle execution).
High Priority / Additional Value: Prior experience managing construction, expansion, or fit-out projects specifically within the Hospital or Healthcare industry.
Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred).
Strong technical capability to interact and coordinate effectively with external consultants (engineering, design, legal), sub-contractors, and government regulators.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure in active hospital expansion sites or field environments.
Willing to be based in South Jakarta (Jakarta Selatan) / Project Site.
