Project Sales HVAC Manager - Consumer Electronics
Job Description:
- Lead SAC Dept. related to team operation, Sales productivity and achievement of team KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for commercial air conditioning project in Indonesia
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential distributor, dealers AC specialist, engineering dealers, contractors HVAC, Architects, developer and end customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers through regular communication and visits
- Monitor and assist technical product support and consultation to dealers to support customers, including conducting product presentations and demonstration.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business growth
- Prepare sales report, forecast and budget to provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Support for negotiate and close sales contracts, including pricing, account receivable, terms and conditions, in line with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 degree in any major with min GPA 3.25
- Have experience in project sales AC manager minimum 10 years
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Excellence in data processing and presentation skill
- Excellence strong leadership, managerial skill, problem solving and innovation
