QA & Food Safety Manager Job - Bogor Based
Our Client a Fast-Growing Food Company is currently looking for a seasoned QA & Food Safety Manager to lead its department. The person will be responsible for the entire spectrum of the department and will be reporting to the Manufacturing Director.
Responsibilities :
- Develop SOP to control food safety and quality system according to the approved standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP) and laboratory management
- Having knowledge of traceability skill
- Design a quality development for process income material
- Responsible for maintaining proper application of regulatory compliance (BPOM/Halal certification)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Food Technology, Nutrition or equivalent (food-related major)
- At least 5 years of experience in Food Safety Management System Implementation
- Experience in food manufacture or FMCG industry
- Required skill (s) = Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs
