QA Supervisor (Karawang Based) - Chemical Manufacture Industry
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a leading Chemical Manufacture company in Karawang, who are looking for a highly professional and detail-oriented QA Supervisor. This is a critical role responsible for managing complex quality systems, ensuring rigorous compliance with international and local standards, and maintaining the integrity of all quality-related documentation. The ideal candidate will be a mature professional with deep technical expertise in GMP and Halal requirements, capable of navigating a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high accuracy.
Job Description:
- Quality Compliance: Lead the administration and maintenance of ISO 9001, GMP, Halal, NSF, SNI, and SIRIM standards.
- Documentation Control: Maintain full oversight of SOP lifecycles, conduct BMR/BPR reviews, and ensure all document compliance procedures are met.
- Issue Management: Manage change controls, handle deviations, and lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations with high precision.
- Auditing: Coordinate both internal and external audits and evaluate vendor audit reports to ensure supply chain quality.
- Investigation: Oversee Out-of-Specification (OOS) checklists and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for any manufacturing quality issues.
- Operational Excellence: Provide necessary oversight and follow-up on critical quality matters, ensuring operational continuity even during non-business hours when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant QA experience in the Pharmaceutical, Food, or Personal Care industry.
- Mandatory Knowledge: Deep expertise in GMP and Halal certification requirements.
- Proficient in SAP Software and QMS (Quality Management System) maintenance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex quality documentation.
- High level of professional maturity, stability in career history, and a disciplined work ethic.
- English Proficiency: Must be capable of passing a mandatory English communication assessment.
- Geographic Stability: Currently residing in or willing to permanently relocate to the Karawang/Purwakarta area.
