Job Description:
- Product Inspection: Supervise the inspection of incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Quality Reporting: Analyze and report quality control data, preparing reports for management and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within production processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the QC team, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure that all processes, procedures, and documentation adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Quality Control: Ensure raw materials meet required quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the food, beverage, or flavor and fragrance industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes, testing methodologies, and compliance standards.
- Experience in fieldwork, including inspection and monitoring of incoming/outgoing goods and production processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and preparing quality control reports.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
