Quality Engineer - Automotive Components Manufacturer (Bekasi, Cikarang Based)
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Automotive Components Manufacturer Company, who are looking for talent for their Quality Engineer. This role will be responsible for ensure that all aspects of product development and production meet both internal and customer quality standards. This role will be involved in the planning, documentation, and execution of quality assurance processes for new product introductions and product changes.

Job Desciption:
- Ensure quality requirements are met throughout new product development phases.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as QCPC, PFMEA, QAN, PIS, and other control plans.
- Monitor and follow up on Product Change Requests (PCR) in coordination with internal teams and customers.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding quality-related matters for new and existing projects.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production and quality processes.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree majoring engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) from reputable university
- Have experience at least 2 years as QC Staff in automotive manufacture.
- Have a knowledge QC Basic, problem solving process, and QC 7 tools.
- Strong abilities for problem solving and process improvement
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Have a good leadership, technical skill and organized
- Required language(s) : English both written and verbal, Japanese is an advantage
- Willing to work in Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi.
