Recruitment Intern (Jakarta Based) — Talent Hunts Indonesia
Talent Hunts Indonesia is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced consultants in the executive search and recruitment industry.
Job Description:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Support CV screening and candidate shortlisting activities
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and consultants
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-up communication
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Assist consultants in administrative recruitment tasks and reporting
- Support employer branding and recruitment posting activities when required
Requirements:
- Final year student or fresh graduate from any major (Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields are preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online platforms
- Interest in recruitment, human capital, or executive search industry
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Internship period minimum 3 months preferred
