Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Construction and Building Materials Company, who are looking for talent for their Sales Assistant Manager (Sealant /MS polymer). This position will be responsible for Construction Sealant Sales, you will lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve targets by building strong client relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and government bodies. You will promote sealant products, develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards, while also coaching the team to improve overall performance.

Job Description:
- Conduct regular visits to key clients including architects, developers, contractors, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), public works (PU), and project sites.
- Lead and organize the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Develop detailed and measurable sales plans for construction projects.
- Promote and market sealant products to consultants for both government and private sector projects.
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand customer base and market share.
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide innovative solutions.
- Manage sales and marketing budgets effectively.
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve skills and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in product delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Fluent in English (active)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Manager or Manager
- Proven experience in: Sales of Construction Sealant (MS Polymer Sealant), Sealant applications for, Precast concrete and Glass
- Working on government and private sector projects
- Strong knowledge of: Market analysis, planning, and strategy, Target-driven sales execution
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Fast-paced, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Willing to travel for business trips
- Must have a valid SIM A and SIM C (Indonesian driving licenses)
