Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Machinery Company, who are looking for talent for Sales Business Execution. The role involves supporting distributors and customers through onsite/online demos, clinical applications, and product training, while also building strong relationships with KOLs and supporting promotional activities such as workshops and exhibitions. You will be responsible for managing distributor performance, monitoring market trends, and providing valuable insights to strengthen product positioning and growth.

Job Description:
- Conduct onsite visits to potential customers with/without distributors, providing product demonstrations, presentations, and hands-on training.
- Facilitate online meetings, demos, and presentations in collaboration with distributors.
- Deliver sales training and application support for distributors.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure smooth implementation and clinical application of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish reference sites for Digital Radiography (DDR).
- Support marketing events such as workshops and exhibitions, ensuring effective promotion of X-ray products while managing schedules and budgets.
- Develop promotional materials, including white papers, recommendation letters, and KOL testimonial videos.
- Monitor distributor sales performance and provide guidance to achieve targets.
- Manage sales funnels, tender statuses, and customer budget updates.
- Oversee distributor sales force activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, business potential, competitor activities, strengths, weaknesses, and pricing.
- Gather insights on customer demand, required specifications, and clinical applications for product development and positioning.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably related to medical or technical fields.
- Min 3 years experience in the related fields.
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate openly with colleagues and customers to achieve team goals.
- Proactive, independent thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Extensive experience in the medical device industry, particularly in X-ray diagnostic business.
- Background as a radiographer is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in launching new products to the market.
