Sales Executive (Jakarta Based) - Telecommunucation

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Telecommunucation Company, who are looking for talent for Sales Executive. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers commission-based incentives and reimbursement for business-related travel expenses.

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the telecommunications sector, with a focus on fiber optic solutions.
  • Manage and expand existing client accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at industry meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen market presence.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, maximum age 45 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry.
  • Strong understanding of Telco products and fiber optic solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and other business-related tasks (expenses reimbursable).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
