Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to expand market penetration and increase order intake.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by visiting customers, presenting solutions, and maintaining technical/commercial engagement.
- Manage key accounts, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Review and analyze customer RFQs from technical and commercial perspectives; coordinate with internal proposal teams for solution development, costing, and risk analysis.
- Lead negotiations with customers to secure orders while ensuring compliance with internal standards and profitability goals.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of rotor refurbishment and rebuild processes and effectively communicate these offerings to clients.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, customer reports, and pipeline status for internal management.
- Collaborate with internal departments including engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in pulp & paper, refinery, chemical, mining, or oil & gas industries.
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of electro-mechanical and rotating equipment is essential.
- Proven ability to interpret technical data, analyze problems, and formulate effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel frequently based on assigned area and client needs.
