Sales Manager - Property & Real Estate
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for landed houses in the specified price range. (10-30 billion)
- Lead generation and prospecting: Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Negotiation and closing deals: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers, closing deals in a timely manner.
- Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience: Minimum 5 years of successful experience in real estate sales, with a focus on selling premium landed houses in the price range of 10 to 30 billion
- In-depth knowledge: Strong understanding of the property market, with expertise in premium landed houses.
- Negotiation skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successfully closing high-value deals.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of premium properties.
- Relationship building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented: Results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
