Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Lubricants Manufacturing & Distribution Company, who are looking for talent for Sales & Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for lead the development and execution of sales strategies to expand the company’s business within the Korean market in Indonesia. This role requires identifying growth opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The manager will also be responsible for contract negotiations, market analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to management while actively representing the company in industry events and networking activities.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the Korean market in Indonesia.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential Korean clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close business deals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to anticipate opportunities and risks.
- Deliver regular sales reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related B2B role, preferably with Korean companies.
- Strong knowledge of the Korean market, culture, and business practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
- Native Korean speaker with excellent Korean language skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Willing to be based in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia.
- Solid understanding of the Indonesian market and business environment.
