Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Food & Beverage Company, who are looking for talent for their Sales & Marketing Manager. This position will be responsible for driving customer growth and sales through effective promotional campaigns, engaging social media content, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves both online and offline marketing, including social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Google Business), content creation, and in-store promotions.

Job Description:
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate promotional campaigns (both online and offline), including discounts, vouchers, and special offers.
- Oversee daily social media activities (Instagram, TikTok, Google Business), ensuring engaging content creation and consistent brand presence.
- Collaborate with content creators and freelancers to produce high-quality food photos and videos.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze customer feedback, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Work closely with restaurant staff, kitchen team, and management to align marketing activities with operational goals.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop innovative promotional ideas.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of campaigns, report results, and propose improvements.
- Train and motivate internal teams to participate in promotional initiatives and brand building.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Restaurant, F&B, or Hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and sales improvement initiatives.
- Experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok) and basic content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with excellent analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and simple design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead small projects or teams.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Established connections with local food influencers or bloggers.
- Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and reporting tools.
