This position requires exceptional presentation skills, strong technical grounding in automation systems, and proven success in selling complex software solutions—including SaaS models—to manufacturing, oil & gas, and process industries. The role demands strategic pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and the ability to translate technical features into clear business value for clients.

Job Description:
- Deliver compelling, persuasive, and tailored software demonstrations to diverse audiences, including technical teams and C-level executives.
- Translate complex software features into clear business benefits while handling client objections confidently and effectively.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial software products such as Enterprise Historian, Alarm Management, Data Analytics, Remote Dashboard, KPI Dashboard, MES, Electronic Batch Recorder, Data Lake, and Proactive Maintenance solutions.
- Identify and pursue new software business opportunities within industrial automation and manufacturing sectors. Experience in Oil & Gas or pharmaceuticals is highly preferred.
- Maintain a strong results-driven mindset with consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Perform accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, providing realistic and strategic projections.
- Apply technical knowledge in Process Automation Systems, Instrumentation, PLCs, and DCS to tailor software solutions for client operational needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, ensuring smooth technical and commercial alignment during the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Automation, Electrical, or Physics Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in software sales, with proven success in securing large-scale software projects and selling subscription-based (SaaS) solutions.
- Experience in manufacturing or Oil & Gas industries is preferred.
- Exceptional technical presentation skills with hands-on experience in industrial automation (MES, PLC, DCS) and familiarity with ISA-95 architecture.
- Strong strategic thinking and forecasting ability.
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong ability to articulate complex software value propositions to both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
