The primary objective of this role is to ensure the absolute stability, security, and efficiency of the SAP systems and environment. As a technical leader, you will provide comprehensive support for both local and central SAP landscapes, covering everything from system administration and user compliance (SOD) to complex monitoring and security. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in managing advanced environments like SAP HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and Cloud Connector, while strictly adhering to IT General Controls and audit standards.

Job Description:
- System Troubleshooting: Research, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to SAP Basis, SAP BTP IS, and Cloud Connector.
- Core Administration: Lead SAP system administrations including installations, upgrades, system refreshes, performance management, sizing, and connectivity setup (Printers, Fiori, etc.).
- Monitoring & Performance: Monitor system health, manage space utilization, database footprints, and perform rigorous database and SAP system performance tuning.
- Data Management: Plan and execute critical system copies and data refreshes to support business continuity.
- Access & Security: Perform user access provisioning (including Fiori), license management, and conduct Annual User Access Reviews to ensure compliance.
- Maintenance & Patching: Manage routine patching and upgrades for operating systems, kernels, and databases, ensuring all security patches are up to date.
- Project & Recovery Support: Provide technical and interface support during project rollouts and enhancements, and lead disaster recovery planning and testing.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis and system support.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in managing environments such as Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, Cloud Connectors, and SAP HANA databases.
- Compliance: Strong understanding of IT General Controls, audit compliance, and security standards.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail; self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Innovation: Enthusiastic about adopting new technologies, with a strong willingness to learn and apply the latest advancements, including AI.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, Microsoft, or Linux are a significant advantage.
