Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Media and Creative Company, who are looking for talent for their Senior of Business Development This position will be responsible for drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and building strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with execution capabilities while analyzing market trends and optimizing sales pipelines to support the company’s long-term objectives.

Job Description :
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand market reach.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research and strategic partnerships.
- Lead negotiations and deal closures with business partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Production, and Management) to ensure business strategies align with execution capabilities and the company’s vision.
- Monitor sales pipelines, KPIs, and market trends to optimize business strategies.
- Ensure all business development initiatives align with the company's vision and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably in the creative, media, or digital marketing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.
- Experience in negotiation, client management, and market expansion.
- Inspirational leadership with the ability to guide and manage teams effectively.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site at the office, as per company policy.
- Available to join in April 2025.
