Brief Job Description:
- Reporting to Managing Director
- Leading 9 Subordinates including Area Manager, sales data analyst, sales project
- Build, lead, and inspire a team of Salespeople in charge of all aspects of the retailer value proposition and partnership formation
- Responsible for team's sales achievements and distribution of targets
- Maintain strategic partnerships with key partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, also have experience running sales team
- Prior experience in FMCG Industry
- Experience in Sales General Trade is a must
- Agile and Self Starter
- Hands-on Manager
- Willing to Travel heavily
