We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Senior Supervisor for Regulatory & Quality Assurance to lead compliance and quality standards for both domestic and international markets. This role is critical in ensuring that all products align with stringent food safety regulations and quality protocols. You will act as the key liaison between the company and government agencies (BPOM, BPJPH, LPPOM MUI) while overseeing the quality systems of contract manufacturers and suppliers. The ideal candidate is a food technology expert with a sharp analytical mind, capable of navigating complex regulatory landscapes to support business growth and export expansion.

Job Description:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all company products meet applicable regulatory requirements and food quality standards for domestic and export markets.
- Permit & Registration Management: Manage product registrations, material permits, and import/export documentation through relevant agencies such as BPOM, BPJPH, and LPPOM MUI.
- Regulatory Intelligence: Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in Indonesia and destination countries, evaluating their impact on the company’s product portfolio.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with government agencies and industry associations; actively participate in forums for new regulation formulation.
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Oversee and evaluate the implementation of food safety and quality systems at contract manufacturing plants and raw material suppliers.
- Analysis & Verification: Plan and execute annual external analysis programs to ensure rigorous quality assurance for raw materials and finished goods.
- Reporting: Prepare strategic reports, technical presentations, and regulatory recommendations for senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the regulatory field, specifically within the Food/FMCG industry.
- Gender & Age: Preferable Female, maximum 35 years old.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of product development processes, food regulations, and food safety/quality systems.
- Language & IT: Good English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, structured problem-solving, and excellent coordination and presentation skills.
- Health & Mobility: Not color-blind and willing to travel as required for site visits or agency meetings.
