Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager - Food & Beverage
Job Description:
- Oversee inventory management, logistics and procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing costs, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan aligned with overall project objectives and budget.
- Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to forecast demand for parts and materials.
- Understand internal category profile through various analysis covering Internal demand dynamics, spend analysis (SKU, suppliers, purchase price, total cost of ownership model impact to P&L savings, etc).
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Responsible for overall Inventory Management, maintain accurate inventory records for all parts and components & develop inventory control procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Educational background typically includes a degree in Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement material management, logistics, or related fields, with at least 3-year exposure in leadership capacity within the coal mining sector.
- Passionate and dynamic individual with strong leadership skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Have strong commercial sense and technical knowledge regarding heavy equipments and heavy vehicle.
- Preferably have experience from Coal Mining industry.
- Fluent in English both written or spoken.
