Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar field service role with an Electronics & Mechatronics background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical problems.
- Ability to drive a car and possess a valid driver's license (SIM A).
- Capable of working independently in a professional environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites for installation and repair of welding systems and conduct genba checks.
- Provide training and technical support to customers.
- Report unresolved or recurrent problems to the internal team and follow up with the manufacturer.
