Site Operation Manager (Mining Project) - East Kalimantan Based
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with engineering company that is mainly concentrates on filtration, lubrication, hydraulic and engineering services , who are looking for talent for their Site Operation Manager for Mining Project. This position will be responsible for oversees mining operations, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to good mining practices. Responsibilities include managing SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) programs, overseeing cash flow, supervising teams, and reporting operational performance. The role also involves stakeholder engagement and optimizing site performance to meet company objectives.

Job Description:
- Responsible to the Head of Mining Engineering (KTT/KTL) for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations regarding good mining practices.
- Perform management functions.
- Provide direction in managing the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) program to achieve established targets.
- Manage company assets at the site under their responsibility.
- Identify, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve the implementation of the SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) management system.
- Manage the operational site’s cash flow.
- Provide guidance to all supervisors and employees in achieving targets.
- Report operational and K3L performance achievements to clients and the board of directors.
- Facilitate all divisions in achieving set targets.
- Establish partnerships with various stakeholders and the community to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Certified PJO (Penanggung Jawab Operasional) competency as required by Indonesian mining regulations.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in mining operations with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining laws and regulations (Minerba Act, K3 regulations, etc.).
- Leadership experience in overseeing mining operations and large teams.
- Proficiency in operational planning, risk management, and financial oversight.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
