This position will be responsible for Identify and build relationships with reliable overseas suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate the import purchasing process for goods and materials.
- Identify and build relationships with reliable overseas suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and ensure timely shipments and documentation compliance (e.g., invoices, packing lists, import permits).
- Work closely with the finance, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless import operations.
- Track purchase orders, shipment progress, and inventory levels to avoid supply chain disruptions.
- Develop purchasing strategies based on market trends and company needs.
- Provide reports and analysis on purchasing performance and cost efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import regulations and customs requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Specialist for Imported Goods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Accustomed to working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Skilled in planning, analysis, and market strategy.
- Holds a valid SIM A and SIM C.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
