We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Staff/Principal SAP Developer to lead the development of customized business solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that system architecture and technical solutions align with global best practices, development standards, and the latest technological advancements, including AI. You will be the technical cornerstone for project implementations, rollouts, and ongoing system maintenance, ensuring the stability and high performance of SAP environments across multiple core modules.

Job Description:
- Monitor and document all system development activities and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee system interfaces in the productive environment to ensure stable and uninterrupted data exchange between integrated systems.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and audit compliance.
- Develop and implement custom objects across SD, MM, FICO, PP, and QM modules.
- Establish and enforce programming standards, best practices, and structured code review processes.
- Lead interface design and development, ensuring seamless integration between SAP and external systems through unit testing and performance tuning.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams to provide technical solutions that meet specific business requirements.
- Plan and monitor all development timelines, performing peer reviews of objects and documentation to maintain the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP project implementation and support, with a specialization in ABAP development within S4HANA environments.
- Technical Expertise (Integration): Proficient in SAP BTP Integration Suite (IS), including iFlows, adapter configuration (HTTP, IDoc, SOAP, REST, etc.), and API Management.
- Modern SAP Development: Skilled in Fiori application development, Core Data Services (CDS) Views, and AMDP for modern extensibility.
- ABAP Mastery: Expert in ABAP programming (Standard Reports, ALV, OOP, Dialog Programming) and enhancement techniques (BADIs, BTEs, Customer Exits).
- Interface Management: Hands-on expertise in managing IDoc, FTP, Database Connections, OLE, and Web Services.
- Functional Knowledge: Basic business process knowledge in SAP Logistics and FICO modules.
- Language: Strong communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Location: Based in or willing to work in Karawang.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, or S/4 HANA are a strong advantage.
