Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience working in-store management
- Experience in Food Industry (ex. KFC, McD, Pizza Hut)
- Excellent planning and organizational ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and have strong leadership skills to manage big team
Requirements
- Monitoring the performance and flow-through of store plans and programs
- Providing guidance and training to subordinates in the execution of the display program, inventory requirements and all about operation of the store
- Execute developed business strategies and identify opportunities drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met by providing a safe and clean store environment and implementing loss prevention measures
- Handle continuous improvement program"
