Technical Executive (Jakarta Based) - Coatings Distribution
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Coatings Distribution Company, who are looking for talent for their Technical Executive. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

Job Description:
- Project Oversight – Oversee daily construction and project operations, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.
- Team Supervision & Coordination – Supervise contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and project personnel while maintaining smooth coordination among all stakeholders.
- Milestone & Progress Monitoring – Track project milestones, monitor progress, and implement adjustments to meet deadlines effectively.
- Quality Assurance – Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with required specifications and resolve issues before escalation.
- Resource & Equipment Management – Oversee proper usage and management of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Reporting & Documentation – Update daily project reports to reflect current status, changes, or issues, ensuring transparency for management and clients.
- Risk Management – Identify potential risks or delays, propose solutions, and implement preventive measures to minimize disruptions.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed to prevent accidents and maintain workplace safety.
- Client Communication & Support – Maintain professional communication with clients, provide progress updates, address concerns, and assist in client meetings to align expectations with deliverables.
Requirements:
- Male, minimum 25 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project supervision or similar roles, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries
- Proven experience in construction projects (finishing painting / coating preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good and presentable appearance, talkative and communicative personality
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is a must
- Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus
- Must own a car for operations
