Warehouse Manager (Tangerang Base) - Logistics Industry

This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound inventory management, workforce supervision, process optimization, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong leadership experience managing large teams, the ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, and solid operational discipline to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely warehouse activities. Candidates with experience in high-volume industries such as logistics, electronics, or fast-moving operations are preferred.

Job Description:
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely movement of goods.
- Oversee and manage a warehouse team of 35+ staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and high performance.
- Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to support smooth operations.
- Ensure proper labelling, documentation, and inventory recording in accordance with company policies.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular warehouse inspections, cycle counts, and stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Handle issue escalation, resolve operational problems, and enforce corrective actions.
- Foster strong working relationships with suppliers, transporters, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and performance evaluation for warehouse staff.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance operational accuracy and speed.
- Participate hands-on in physical warehouse activities when necessary, including organizing and lifting goods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
- Strong expertise in managing inbound and outbound inventory processes.
- Proven experience supervising large teams (35+ staff).
- Communicative, honest, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Preferably experienced in fast-paced industries such as J&T, OPPO, Huawei, or similar logistics/electronics environments.
- Physically fit and willing to be hands-on in warehouse operations.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten.
