HR Assistant Manager (Jakarta Based) – General Outsourcing

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with General Outsourcing Company, who are looking for talent for their HR Assistant Manager This position will be reporting to HR Senior Manager and will be responsible for oversee mass hiring, training, and HR operations for blue-collar workers. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing onboarding, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will also support payroll, attendance management, and workforce planning while collaborating with various departments to enhance HR processes.

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, especially for mass hiring of blue-collar workers.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates.
  • Conduct screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure the best talent acquisition.
  • Manage employee placement and onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Design and execute training programs tailored for blue-collar workers, enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements as necessary.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support HR operations, including payroll, attendance management, and contract administration.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve HR strategies and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a general outsourcing company.
  • Strong background in mass hiring, particularly for blue-collar positions.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and conducting training programs.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
