Brand Manager (Jakarta Based) – Electronic Cigarettes

This role will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving integrated marketing campaigns, leading creative direction, and supporting product development to strengthen brand presence in a highly competitive lifestyle and tech-driven market.

Job Description:
- Develop, refine, and maintain brand strategy, identity guidelines, and positioning.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to shape strategic direction.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and internal functions.
- Lead planning and execution of digital, offline, influencer, and retail marketing campaigns.
- Manage cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results to optimize strategies based on data.
- Collaborate with product teams on naming, packaging, launch plans, and messaging.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new products and seasonal releases.
- Identify new category opportunities and audience segments for brand growth.
- Lead creative direction including visuals, copywriting, and tone of voice.
- Ensure aligned communication across social media, website, PR, advertising, and sales.
- Review and approve key creative assets to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage partnerships with agencies, KOLs, influencers, and BTL vendors.
- Oversee contract management, budgeting, production processes, and deliverables.
- Track brand performance, market penetration, sentiment, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly brand performance reports.
- Recommend strategic improvements backed by analytics and market insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Branding, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or product management—preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, tech, or vape industry.
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable plans.
- Experience working with agencies, KOLs, and creative teams.
- Strong decision-making, leadership, and project management capabilities.
- Familiar with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, SimilarWeb, Modash, or similar tools.
- Proficient in project management platforms (Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a strong plus.
- Creative thinker with a strong business mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
