Our Recruitment Approach
A metallurgist who has run a blast furnace is not automatically ready for an autoclave circuit. Before we start headhunting, we work through:
- The process route: pyrometallurgy, HPAL and other hydrometallurgy, or battery precursor materials
- Project stage, from construction to commissioning, ramp-up or steady-state operation
- Ore feed, product specifications and the offtake arrangements behind them
- Site location, accommodation and rotation arrangements
- The mix of expatriate and Indonesian staff, working languages and localization targets
- Environmental, permitting and community obligations the hire will own
