This policy explains what personal data Talent Hunts Indonesia collects when you use our website or our recruitment services, how we use it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
1. Who we are
Talent Hunts Indonesia ("Talent Hunts", "we", "us") is an executive search and recruitment firm based at Gedung Treasury Tower 1, Lt.7 Unit F, Jl. Jend. 2. The data we collect
When you apply for a job or submit your CV: your name, email address, phone number, current company, current position, the reason for your application and your CV file.
When you contact us or book a consultation: your name, company, email address, phone number and your message.
When you submit a pre-employment test result: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the position you applied for (optional) and your test scores.
When you browse our website: technical data such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type and your approximate location, collected through cookies (see section 8).
3. How we use your data
- To assess your profile for the role you applied for and for other suitable opportunities.
- To contact you about your application, interviews and job opportunities.
- To present your profile to a client company that is hiring for a relevant role.
- To respond to enquiries from companies and provide our recruitment, EoR and payroll services.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (for example, when you submit your CV), to take steps for a contract or service you request, to meet legal obligations and for our legitimate interests in running a recruitment business, as allowed by Law No. 27 of 2022.
5. Who we share it with
- Client companies that are hiring for a role relevant to your profile.
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and analytics providers, under obligations to protect your data.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers (for example, Google for website analytics) may process data outside Indonesia. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected.
6. How long we keep it
Applications and CVs submitted through our website are deleted from the website automatically after 3 months. Copies held by our recruitment team are kept only for as long as needed for recruitment purposes, or until you ask us to delete them. Test results you submit through our website are deleted automatically after 30 days.
7. How we protect it
CV files on our website are not publicly accessible and can only be opened by our team through a password-protected admin area. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for their work.
8. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure website traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. These cookies do not tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@talenthunts.id and we will respond within the time required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
