Facility Management & General Affairs Division Head (Tangerang Based) – Hospital Industry
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a leading hospital and healthcare group, who are looking for an experienced Facility Management & General Affairs Division Head. Based in Tangerang, this senior leadership role carries ultimate accountability for the physical safety, building infrastructure, high-rise facility maintenance, utility systems, hazardous waste control, and General Affairs (GA) across the hospital. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with proven hospital/healthcare facility management experience, driving CAPEX/OPEX efficiency, vendor governance, and full compliance with national healthcare safety and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Facility & GA Leadership: Direct and oversee the overall Facility Management, General Affairs, Engineering, and Safety operations to ensure all physical assets, utilities, and support services function safely and efficiently.
FMS & Environmental Safety Governance: Implement and monitor comprehensive Facility Management and Safety (FMS) frameworks, including high-rise fire prevention, disaster preparedness, CCTV security, and Hazardous Materials/Waste (B3) management.
Budget & Financial Oversight: Formulate and manage annual division CAPEX and OPEX budgets, evaluating actual operational expenditures against approved financial targets.
Building Infrastructure & Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment, HVAC, MEP systems, high-rise building structures, and utility continuity systems.
Vendor & Contract Management: Evaluate, appoint, and audit third-party service contractors, suppliers, and vendors for facility maintenance, sanitation, and security operations.
Team Leadership & Capacity Building: Manage department staffing, workload distribution, employee performance evaluations, and competency development programs for engineering and GA staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering) or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in Facility Management, General Affairs, or Engineering, with demonstrated experience in a Division Head / Senior Manager capacity.
Mandatory Technical Experience: Strong, proven track record in managing facility operations in High-Rise, Complex, or High-Risk Building Infrastructures; experience within a Hospital / Healthcare Facility environment is strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of building utility systems, MEP maintenance, fire safety, B3/hazardous waste management, and emergency response protocols.
Demonstrated capability in CAPEX/OPEX budget control, vendor contract negotiations, and multi-department coordination.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, analytical, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
Willing to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
