Recruitment Consultant – Based in Bekasi
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search and Talent Advisory Agency based in Indonesia. To support our continuous commercial growth and expanding client portfolio across diverse industrial sectors, we are looking for a high-performing and commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant. Based in Bekasi with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, this internal role is fully responsible for executing the complete 360-degree recruitment lifecycle—combining client acquisition, executive headhunting, candidate assessment, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will combine agency-side headhunting experience with strong business development capabilities, acting as a trusted talent advisor to C-suite and executive corporate clients nationwide.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End 360 Recruitment Execution: Direct the complete recruitment lifecycle—from client acquisition and mandate intake to candidate sourcing, screening, executive interviewing, shortlisting, and placement completion.
Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate client partnerships; build sustainable relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders to expand agency revenue.
Executive Headhunting & Sourcing: Proactively source, map, and engage passive top-tier talent using advanced headhunting methodologies, professional networks, market mapping, and executive databases.
Client Advisory & Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market mapping, salary benchmarking, and talent availability analysis to provide strategic talent insights and hiring advisory to clients.
Offer Management & Onboarding: Facilitate client-candidate offer discussions, salary and benefit negotiations, counter-offer management, and post-placement onboarding follow-ups.
KPI & Revenue Ownership: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly individual revenue targets, billing milestones, and placement performance KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Executive Search Consultant within a recruitment agency or headhunting firm.
Demonstrated track record in B2B client acquisition, business development, agency sales, and high-level candidate placement execution.
Language Proficiency: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) for corporate C-suite engagement.
High level of resilience, commercial acumen, self-motivation, and target-driven mindset within a fast-paced executive search environment.
Willing to be based in Bekasi area with a Hybrid working arrangement.
