  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the Indonesian mining sector, with at least 5 years serving in a Project Leader, BD Manager, or Core Management capacity.

  • Mandatory Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin / Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory for C-suite HQ alignment and technical reporting; proficiency in English is strongly preferred alongside fluent Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep familiarity with JORC / NI 43-101 resource/reserve standards, integrated mining/processing workflows, CAPEX/OPEX modeling, and FS/Pre-FS technical review.

  • Regulatory Expertise: Thorough, practical understanding of Indonesian mining laws, ESDM regulations, IUP/IUPK licensing, RKAB approvals, and environmental/community clearance frameworks.

  • Commodity Focus: Hands-on deal experience in major metal commodities such as Nickel, Copper, Gold, Bauxite, or Iron Ore.

  • High mobility and willingness to travel frequently to remote mining sites, concessions, and regional government offices across Indonesia.

  • Willing to be based in Jakarta.
